IT Infrastructure Engineer

BlueGeko is a FinTech company building two AI-powered platforms focused on business budgeting, financial management, payments and financial infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Engineer to manage, maintain and improve our IT systems, networks and infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, servers and networks
• Monitor system performance, security and reliability
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, hardware and network issues
• Manage access controls, backups and system configurations
• Support infrastructure upgrades, migrations and improvements
• Ensure systems remain secure, scalable and operational

Must have

• 4+ years of IT infrastructure or systems administration experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
• Experience with networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, firewalls)
• Experience managing servers, virtualization and cloud infrastructure
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory and access management
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• AWS, Azure, DigitalOcean or other cloud platform experience
• Infrastructure automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash)
• Experience with monitoring, backup and disaster recovery systems
• Experience supporting high-availability environments
