Worth writing about

• A listing is wrong. Wrong eligibility, wrong location, already filled. This is the most useful mail we get, because a bad label is worse here than a missing one.
• You are an employer and want your roles removed. Say so and they come down, along with any future ones. No form and no argument.
• A privacy request. A copy of what we hold on you, or its deletion. See the privacy page for what that amounts to, which is not much.
• Taking your email off the list. One line is enough; no reason needed.

What we cannot help with

We are not the employer and have no part in hiring. We cannot pass on an application, chase one up, or tell you why you did not hear back. Applications happen on the employer’s own posting, and only they can answer about them.
