For employers
Post a remote job, free
No fee to list, no account needed to apply, and no charge to appear higher than anyone else. A person reads every submission before it goes up.
Why post here rather than anywhere else
Most of the 7,505 remote roles we track were read from a public job board and classified by rules that have to work out, from prose written for humans, who is actually allowed to apply. The rules refuse to guess: a posting that says only “remote” is filed as unspecified and never reaches the homepage, however open it might really be.
A role you post here skips all of that. You answer the eligibility question directly, we check your answer against the posting, and it is recorded as a statement rather than an inference. It is the only inventory on this site where the premise holds by construction.
What you get
- A section of its own on the homepage for 30 days, above the main feed, labelled as posted by the employer.
- A permanent listing. When the promoted window ends the role stays on the board, in search and on your company page. The slot expires; the listing does not.
- Your own application link. We never take applications, never sit between you and the candidate, and never charge them.
- One page per company. If we already read your public board, your direct roles land on the same page as the rest.
What we ask
That the eligibility you declare is true. A role described as open to anyone, which then turns out to need a particular passport or a four-hour overlap with one timezone, is the exact thing people come to this site to avoid — and the one thing that would make the board worthless. If there is a timezone requirement, say so and we will label it; we treat a timezone band as a real restriction rather than letting “anywhere” stand unqualified.
Postings that do not match what the body of the advertisement says are rejected with a reason, and you can fix them and submit again.
Common questions
- How do I post a remote job for free?
- Create an employer account, fill in the role and submit it. There is no fee to post, no charge to appear, and no payment details are asked for at any point. A person reads every submission before it appears, usually within a day.
- What does a worldwide remote job mean here?
- A role with no country requirement at all: anyone, anywhere may apply. It is the only kind listed on the main board. Roles open to a region or to a single country are listed too, labelled with the restriction rather than described as remote and left at that.
- How long does a posting stay up?
- A role keeps a promoted slot on the homepage for 30 days. When that window closes the listing stays on the board, in search and on your company page; only the promotion expires. You can remove a role yourself at any time.
- Do candidates pay or need an account?
- No. Nothing on the site asks a job seeker to sign up, and applications happen on your own site through your own link. We never sit between you and the candidate.
- Why is posting free?
- The site is funded by advertising rather than by employers. That is deliberate: an employer who cannot pay for placement also cannot pay to have a role described as more open than it is.
What this costs
Nothing, now. The site is funded by advertising, not by employers, and every listing ranks the same way regardless of who posted it. If paid placement ever exists it will be clearly marked as such, and the free listing will still be a real listing rather than a trial.
