Primary Areas of Responsibility

  1. Consultative Outbound Calling: Conduct scheduled and outbound phone consultations to evaluate client needs, build credibility, and advance opportunities.
  1. Solution Provision: Align client objectives with appropriate offerings, effectively managing inquiries and professional objections.
  1. Pipeline Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate constructively with team members to meet organizational targets.

Qualifications & Competencies

  1. Communication Proficiency: Exceptional command of written and spoken English, characterized by a polished and professional tone.
  1. Digital Literacy: High level of comfort navigating virtual workspace platforms, communication software, and daily productivity tools.
  1. Professional Drive: A self-disciplined, goal-oriented mindset combined with resilience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  1. Verbal Communication Readiness: Fully prepared and comfortable executing outbound telephone calls and conducting live client consultations.
  1. Operational Stability: A reliable, distraction-free home office setup with the capacity to operate during US Central Time business hours (including occasional weekend flexibility).

Note: While prior background in sales or client relations is advantageous, a strong work ethic and high coach ability are our primary criteria.
