We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to help our development team acquire new clients and projects from the USA and European markets.

Our team specializes in:
- Web Development
- Mobile App Development
- Backend Development
- Custom Software Solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in IT Sales or Business Development.
- An existing professional network or client base in the USA or Europe is mandatory.
- Proven ability to independently identify, approach, and acquire new clients.
- Experience selling custom software development and IT outsourcing services.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing.

Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads and acquire new clients.
- Leverage your existing professional network to identify business opportunities.
- Find new clients through LinkedIn, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels.
- Negotiate with potential clients and close deals.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.

Important:

This position is intended exclusively for experienced IT Sales professionals with an established client network and a proven track record of acquiring software development projects.
