We're recruiting people who enjoy conversations, ask thoughtful questions and can help business owners recognise value. This is consultative telephone sales, not pressure selling.
You'll:
- Call UK business owners using prospect lists we supply.
- Build rapport, ask questions and explain the audit's benefits.
- Follow up interested prospects and secure paid audit orders.
- Record calls and follow-ups accurately.
- Build relationships and introduce suitable next steps.
HOW YOU EARN: ONE CUSTOMER, THREE OPPORTUNITIES
- DISCOVER: When a business sees the value and buys a completed, paid £495 audit, you earn £100 commission.
- IMPROVE: The audit identifies gaps. Customers who want help addressing them can choose a tailored 90-day programme. Eligible sales earn an additional £150 (Digital Launchpad), £225 (Growth Catalyst) or £350 (Market Leader).
- MAINTAIN: After 90 days, customers may choose annual support to maintain and build on improvements. An eligible annual continuation earns a further £75 commission.
Commission is uncapped. This is a self-employed, commission-only contract role. Payments are subject to agreed commission terms.
FLEXIBILITY AND SUPPORT
Work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with self-managed hours. School-hours schedules, two or three days a week and larger commitments are welcome.
We supply targeted business prospects, scripts, product and sales training, coaching and ongoing support. You'll need a computer, reliable internet and a quiet place for professional calls.
WHO THIS SUITS
You may have experience in sales, customer service, retail or hospitality, or be returning to work or changing careers. Previous AI or sales experience isn't essential. We value confidence on the phone, curiosity, reliability, independence and ambition.
