Account Manager

Axius is an outsourced technology department that helps businesses improve how they operate through technology. We are hiring a remote Account Manager. Applicants worldwide are welcome, and English communication is required.

You manage relationships with clients who have already signed. You are their main point of contact, translate their goals into briefs, keep projects on track, and coordinate with the engineering team that does the building. Our systems draft about 90% of the briefs, updates, and reports. You review and correct them before they reach the client. No coding, cold outreach, or selling.

Compensation is per active client, plus one-time onboarding and a weekly on-time bonus:
- Team client: $100/month, $40 onboarding, plus $20/week on-time bonus.
- Department client: $200/month, $80 onboarding, plus $40/week.
- Executive client: $400/month, $120 onboarding, plus $80/week.

The on-time bonus starts in the first week a client has a committed date. A $400/month retainer begins at five clients and rises to $800/month at eight clients. Three clients is a freelance engagement, five is part-time, and eight is a full-time book. Actual earnings depend on client book, plan mix, retention, and delivery. Exact figures and conditions are confirmed in writing before you start.

The role is fully remote and flexible. It includes a client and earnings dashboard, internal tools and AI assistance, playbooks and SOPs, and a path from Manager to Partner.
