AVAILABLE OPPORTUNITIES
OPTION 1: INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE (BDE)
Identify potential clients in local and international markets, introduce RSIS outsourcing services, develop professional relationships with decision-makers, generate qualified business leads, and support international client acquisition.
Promote RSIS services through personal and professional networks, social media, and appropriate business development channels.
OPTION 2: INDEPENDENT REFERRAL PARTNER
Refer potential clients from your existing personal or professional network who may require RSIS outsourcing services.
RSIS will handle client discussions, proposals, onboarding, and actual service delivery.
Applicants may express interest in either or both opportunities.
LIFETIME RECURRING COMMISSION
Earn commission on eligible service fees actually received by RSIS from each approved referred client.
Months 1–6: 10%
Months 7–12: 5%
Months 13–24: 2%
Month 25 onward: 1% recurring commission
Commission continues according to the applicable agreement while the referred client remains active and paying.
Eligible earned commissions are payable within five banking business days after RSIS receives the corresponding client payment.
IMPORTANT: This is a strictly commission-based independent contractor opportunity. There is no fixed salary, guaranteed income, or upfront payment.

Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.
