Software Engineer (Open Source Contributor)

Wabble One partners with an AI lab (micro1) that helps AI labs and enterprises train foundational models and agents. We are looking for a software engineer with a strong open-source background to provide expert input on backend systems, performance bottlenecks, and large-scale codebases — reviewing and validating design, refactoring, and algorithms/data-structures work so the AI's software-engineering output is correct and production-grade. Contract/freelance, flexible part-time, fully remote; open to contributors anywhere in the world.

Requirements:
- Proven backend development experience
- Bug fixing and bottleneck resolution
- Refactoring and building complex features in large codebases
- Strong grasp of algorithms and data structures
- Strong technical communication
