In-House Counsel

Review and grade AI model output on technology-transaction work (MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs and derivatives) and give in-house counsel feedback that makes the models more accurate. Contract, flexible part-time hours, fully remote; choose your own schedule once approved.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of In-House experience focused on technology transactions, particularly negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDA's and Derivatives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Demonstrated commitment to innovation at the intersection of law and technology.
• Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams in fast-paced environments.
• Preferred: Prior exposure to AI, legal tech, or training initiatives.
