Give expert input to improve how AI models handle psychiatry in Japanese and English.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS or equivalent), completed psychiatry residency and a valid medical license
• Native Japanese and advanced English
• Extensive experience in psychiatric assessment, treatment planning and case documentation in Japanese clinical settings
• Cultural sensitivity and ethical reasoning
• Familiarity with Western and Japanese psychiatric frameworks
