Head of Operations & Company Building — Remote

Work directly with the founder to build and run multiple businesses.

I’m looking for someone who wants to help build companies: turn ideas into action, solve practical problems and take responsibility for making things work.

You’ll work closely with me across several businesses. Your work will combine running daily operations with developing new initiatives and creating better ways of working.

What you’ll do

• Take ownership of daily operations, customer requests, schedules and unresolved issues.

• Coordinate employees and external partners so work moves forward and commitments are met.

• Turn business ideas into practical plans and carry agreed initiatives through to completion.

• Improve processes, document useful knowledge and put digital tools and AI to work.

• Track priorities and results, identify problems early and bring well-prepared decisions to the founder.

Who you are

You are resourceful, organised and comfortable taking initiative. You can bring order to an unclear situation, communicate directly and follow through. You care about how businesses work and want to help make them better.

Experience building a business, running projects or improving operations is valuable. You need to understand spoken German and handle simple phone calls using a provided script. Clear, easy-to-understand German is important. Advanced or native-level fluency is not required.

What you can expect

Direct collaboration with the founder, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to help shape multiple businesses. We will define priorities and decision-making responsibilities together. Your role can grow as you demonstrate what you can deliver.

Working arrangement

Long-term freelance/B2B collaboration, with an expected workload of approximately 41 hours per week. Flexibility in working hours, priorities and responsibilities is essential as business needs change. We will agree availability and the detailed schedule together, with reliable overlap during Swiss business hours.

Compensation will be discussed individually.
